Meet the newest collaboration with Lion Dance Cafe inspired by one of their beloved desserts, pandan nian gao. This is a creamy vegan white chocolate that gives a rich, nutty, subtly grassy flavor from the pandan. The bar is also topped with coconut flakes on the back.
I’m not able to do as many white chocolates as I have in the past due to the increased cost in cocoa butter but I was so excited about this one I had to go for it! I can’t wait for you to try it!
