I partnered with Fun Fact Co., a company that makes prints and games, to create this bar inspired by Humboldt County’s Lost Coast in celebration of releasing a poster on chocolate we worked on together. Our NorCal version of furikake blends the delicate flavors of seaweed and black trumpet mushrooms to capture the essence of the enchanted forests and sweeping coastlines of Northern California. Paired with sesame and a dark oat mylk chocolate with beans from PISA in Haiti, this chocolate bar sparkles the senses and is a delight to experience.
But that's not all! This chocolate bar wouldn't be complete without a 5 × 7” Chocolate Tasting Wheel! Test your palate and expand your horizons with this handy flavor companion. Full size versions of the poster are available directly from Fun Fact Co.
