Did you know that green bananas are one of the world’s most wasted food? Renewal Mill upcycles these bananas and turns them into flour which I added as part of the base of this banana bread inspired bar.
There’s also ripe banana in the banana oat mylk chocolate to bring out the banana flavor and it’s swirled with a sesame/dandelion root white chocolate that adds beautiful coffee notes and finally it’s topped with cacao nibs (because all banana bread should have nibs). Together they form a bar that will take you back to eating a delicious slice of swirly chocolate-y banana bread.
