This is a super special and unique bar that I collaborated on with Dario, from Alimentari Aurora, who brough back Ba Xian Guo from a recent trip to Taiwan.
Ba Xian Guo means Eight Immortal Fruits. It’s a mix of Chinese herbs that are infused and stuffed inside a grapefruit or pomelo. I’ve dehydrated it and blended it directly into the chocolate lending distinctive sweet citrus notes with mint and licorice overtones. This bar will take you on a very fun flavor journey where the flavors keep unraveling.
